All gas appliances need to be serviced once every twelve months to ensure safe and trouble free operation throughout the year. The most common cause of breakdown in our experience is a lack of servicing, appliances often break down when you need them most. A proper service involves dismantling and cleaning various parts of the appliance along with checking and testing for safety. Open flued appliances such as gas fires and older types of boilers can become extremely dangerous when not serviced/tested as the flue or chimney can be blocked and then carbon monoxide can be released into your living space.​
