Home owner/buyer Gas Safety Inspections

As a landlord, you are responsible for the safety of your tenants. The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations 1998 deal with landlords’ duties to make sure gas appliances, fittings and flues provided for tenants are safe.

We will perform all the necessary checks and tests in accordance with the above regulations for the whole gas system and issue a certificate or provide a quotation for remedial works where necessary.

Whether you have already purchased your home or you/your solicitors require a full gas safety inspection pre-purchase, we will carry out all the necessary checks and tests to establish the integrity of the whole gas system and appliances in the property.

We will issue a certificate of compliance or make recommendations for improvement or repair where necessary.
